When you use the Flameet application, you agree to the terms and conditions and how our services are used. Please note that these terms replace any previous agreements.

Summary of Terms and Conditions
• If you are under 18 years of age, unfortunately you cannot use Flameet since it is only for adults.
• We do not bear any responsibility for the content expressed during your presence in Flameet, but if someone reports that you have sent inappropriate content, we are authorized to remove it at our discretion.
• The content you publish in Flameet should not cause harm or harassment to anyone else. You are solely responsible for what you post and Flameet does not bear any responsibility for it.

Using of the app and rules relating to content
What is the minimum age to use Flameet?
Flameet is for adults only. You can only use Flameet if you are 18 years old or older.

What kind of content can be published in Flameet?
According to the Flameet rules, you cannot publish content that includes:
• Materials containing vulgar and insulting words and content that may cause harm or harassment to others
• Undesirable, obscene, pornographic content or content that may harm human dignity
• Personal information of yourself and others, including phone numbers, private photos, and private messages
• Threatening, violent, self-harming, suicidal, racist, sexist, or hate-promoting content
• Any illegal activity, including terrorism, incitement, or encouragement to commit a crime
• Identity theft of a person, company or brand to deceive or mislead others
• Violation of the rights of any third party, intellectual property rights, and privacy rights.

User responsibility
By creating a user account in Flameet, you will be fully responsible for the following:
• You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your username;
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password;
• You are personally and solely responsible for the data, texts, information, usernames, images, profiles, audio files, and all links and content that you send and display.

If someone does not comply with the terms, who should I tell?
You can report any misuse or complaint about content through our contact information. You can also report a user's misconduct directly from their user profile by clicking on the "Report" link. We will always do our best to help resolve any issues you may encounter.

Violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Flameet will result in the user account being blocked. Given that the Flameet application has banned such activities, it is obvious that the application will not be responsible for content uploaded by users in violation of these rules, and if necessary, the relevant authorities will be provided with the necessary documentation.
